The Chicago Regional Office of the Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA), located in the John C. Kluczynski Federal Building, is a division of the U.S. Department of Labor. This agency is responsible for protecting the retirement, health, and other workplace-related benefits of America’s workers and their families. EBSA enforces the provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and provides assistance to plan participants and employers. 💼
