This station offers both full-service inspection lanes and a 24/7 self-service kiosk for eligible vehicles (typically model year 2005 and newer). The facility ensures that vehicles registered in Maryland meet state air quality standards by testing onboard diagnostics (OBD) systems. The station is designed for high efficiency, often completing tests in under 15 minutes. Drivers can pay fees directly at the booth or kiosk. Note that this location is strictly for emissions testing and does not handle driver’s licenses or title work.
