Operational Services Division: Streamlining State Procurement

The Operational Services Division (OSD), located at 1 Ashburton Place, is the central procurement agency for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Special Education Pricing

A specialized function within the division is the Special Education Pricing unit. This team is authorized to set tuition rates for approved private special education schools that serve publicly funded students. By analyzing cost reports and budget data, they ensure that the tuition rates reflect the actual cost of providing necessary educational services to students with disabilities.
