Campus Safety and Law Enforcement

The Worcester State University Campus Police Department is a full-service, fully sworn state law enforcement agency dedicated to maintaining a safe and secure environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, the department is located in Wasylean Hall and possesses full police powers and authority throughout the campus and its immediate surroundings. The officers are trained to handle a wide range of incidents, from medical emergencies to criminal investigations, ensuring the well-being of the university community.

• Emergency Response: providing immediate response to crimes, medical calls, and fire alarms on campus property.
• Patrol Operations: conducting regular patrols by foot, cruiser, and bicycle to deter crime and monitor campus activity.
