Trenton Water Works
Trenton Water Works (TWW) is a comprehensive municipal water utility owned and operated by the City of Trenton Department of Water and Sewer. Headquartered at 333 Cortland Street, the utility provides approximately 25 million gallons of drinking water daily to over 200,000 residents across Trenton, Hamilton, Ewing, Lawrence, and Hopewell townships. TWW is responsible for the maintenance of the water distribution system, including mains, hydrants, and meters, ensuring compliance with state and federal environmental standards.

Emergency & Operations
TWW operates a 24-hour emergency line to address critical issues such as water main breaks, significant leaks, and loss of pressure. The utility also manages the Water Filtration Plant on Route 29, which draws water from the Delaware River, treating it to meet safe drinking water standards before distribution.
