Capital Region Small Business Development Center (SBDC)

The Capital Region Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is located in the state-of-the-art ETEC building at 1220 Washington Avenue, on the University at Albany’s Harriman Campus. As part of a statewide network funded by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the State of New York, this center provides expert management and technical assistance to start-up and existing businesses across the Capital Region. Their mission is to help entrepreneurs achieve their goals through personalized counseling and comprehensive business training.

The SBDC offers a wide range of no-cost services to aspiring and established business owners, including:
