Marriage License Requirements
Applying for a marriage license involves specific protocols depending on your residency:
- Non-Residents: If neither party lives in Bridgeport, you must complete the application online first and wait to be contacted for a mandatory appointment.
- Residents: Bridgeport residents are encouraged to apply online and schedule an appointment, though walk-in service may be available.
- Cut-Off Times: Marriage license applications are strictly not accepted after 4:00 PM. The fee is $50.00.
Visit and Payment Policies
