Contact and Visit Information
While 360 Lincoln Avenue houses administrative offices for the maintenance division, it is also an active equipment yard. 🚜 Public access is limited. Most constituent services, such as reporting a hazard or filing a claim, should be done via phone or the RIDOT website. If you must visit the administrative office, valid photo identification is required. 🛑 Visitors should be aware that this is a working facility with heavy machinery entering and exiting; caution is advised. For immediate road emergencies (like a large obstruction or signal failure), the public is encouraged to call the maintenance hotline directly.
