While mobile phones are generally permitted, they must be silenced within the building, and their use is restricted in courtrooms and certain administrative areas. Photography and video recording are forbidden without prior written permission from the court. Visitors are advised to arrive early to navigate the security checkpoint, especially on days when the Supreme Court is in session.

The complex is designed to be fully accessible to the public. Ramp access and elevators are available for individuals with disabilities, and ADA-compliant restrooms are located throughout the building. Interpretive services are available for non-English speakers upon request. The facility operates Monday through Friday, observing all state holidays.

Parking in the immediate vicinity can be challenging; visitors often utilize nearby paid parking garages or metered street parking. Limited visitor parking is available behind the Trent House, accessible via Trent Place, though spaces fill quickly. Public transportation is strongly recommended for those visiting the facility.
