About the Philadelphia Gas Commission

Location and Public Access

The Commission’s offices are located in the One Parkway Building at 1515 Arch Street. This is a secure municipal government building. Members of the public wishing to attend hearings or visit the office must comply with strict entry protocols. While the Commission oversees PGW, it is not a customer service center for paying gas bills or reporting leaks. Customers with billing issues should contact PGW directly or the PUC if the issue remains unresolved.

Security Guidelines

All visitors to the One Parkway Building must present valid government-issued photo identification at the front desk. Security screening includes passing through metal detectors and having bags x-rayed. Weapons of any kind, including pocket knives and pepper spray, are strictly prohibited.
