Station Access and Policies
The 3rd District station is a 24/7 operational facility. While the front desk is always staffed to assist with emergencies and walk-in reports, visitors should be aware of security protocols. Security screening may be required upon entry, and weapons (unless authorized for law enforcement) are strictly prohibited. For non-emergencies, residents are encouraged to call the district directly or use 311, while 911 should always be used for immediate life-threatening situations.
Location and Transportation
Situated at 1300 South 11th Street, the station is easily accessible via public transit. It is served directly by SEPTA Bus Routes 23 and 45, which run along 11th and 12th Streets. The Ellsworth-Federal Station on the Broad Street Line is also just a few blocks away, providing a quick connection to Center City and the stadiums.
