Boston Regional Office
The Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) Boston Regional Office is located in the Tip O’Neill Federal Building on Causeway Street. As an independent administrative federal agency, the FLRA administers the labor-management relations program for non-postal federal employees worldwide. The Boston office handles unfair labor practice representation cases and arbitration appeals for federal agencies and unions throughout New England.

Visitors to the Tip O’Neill Federal Building must undergo strict security screening. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry, and all bags are subject to x-ray inspection. The building is adjacent to TD Garden and North Station, making it highly accessible via public transportation.
